Denny Mann

Denny Mann is the immediate past executive director of the Pennsylvania Off Highway
Vehicle Association where he was among the founding members of the Association ten years ago. Mr. Mann has served OHV recreation as a PaOHV Board member since the organization’s inception.

 

 

In 2002, Mr. Mann spearheaded the Association’s effort to secure a grant from the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to develop an OHV recreation safety training program. Sensible, Courteous, Off Road Enthusiasts (SCORE) has been a staple of OHV safety and etiquette training ever since. The SCORE program earned national acclaim when it was awarded the 2004 Coalition For Recreational Trails Annual Education Achievement Award.

 

 

Mr. Mann is a certified DCNR ATV safety trainer and is dually recognized by DCNR and the Motorcycle Safety Foundation as a motorcycle safety instructor. He is a member of the South Central Pennsylvania Enduro Riders which is an OHV club based in Carlisle. Mr. Mann is a Partner in the Willow Hill Family Camp and Trail, LLC in western Franklin County. Willow Hill is an OHV riding park.

 

 

Mr. Mann lives in Roxbury, Pennsylvania with his wife Debbie. He is employed by the Department of Defense, and he tends to his vineyard in his spare time.
