Pa Off-Highway Vehicle Association (PaOHV) is a volunteer organization whose activities are funded through general donations, sponsorships, and membership dues paid by individuals, clubs, and businesses around the state and the nation.  All funds collected by PaOHV are utilized in activities, including lobbying for legislative efforts, that benefit and support the OHV riding community across Pennsylvania.

What We Do – Our focus is to represent and advocate for you by:

  • Remaining Pennsylvania’s Official Legislative Off-Road Partner 
  • Fighting for New Trail Miles
  • Representing PaOHV on the PA State Snowmobile and ATV Advisory Committees
  • Fighting to Reform ATV, dirt bike and other OHV Registration and Rules
  • Supporting the OHV/ATV Pilot Program
  • Promoting Training and Education for Safe and Legal Off-Road Riding

Individual

Single annual membership:

  • $20 per year
  • Annual membership period is from January 1 to December 31

Clubs or group of individuals:

  • $150 per year – no additional member fees. Must provide email list of all members to PaOHV.
  • Annual membership period is from January 1 to December 31

  • $300 per year

Industry OEM Manufacturers and Distributors - Sponsorships

Manufacturers and businesses that provide equipment and/or product to retailers of OHV merchandise to the end consumer.

The PaOHV Association welcomes the support of sponsorships to broaden the organization’s community impact while promoting products, services, and resources of interest to OHV riders, clubs, and friends of OHV sports. 

  • Annual sponsorship period is from January 1 to December 31
